FTC: National Do Not Call Registry The registry Accepts Both Cell Phone and Home Phone Numbers. It takes about 30 days. Some solicitors sneak in with calls to those who are on the Do Not Call list during times of campaigns and similar events. Please report such call by getting phone number (most times they register as a fake number.) If possible get a company name and an office number and address. Then report these people. Tell the specific caller that they are in jeopardy of consequences for calling a registered number. Some calls may be allowed. Please visit the registry site for a list of specific exceptions.
