On May 27, 2005 at 2 P. M. the I. R. S. recognized the Society for Accurate Information and Distribution Foundation as a 501c3.
The Foundation has the website Society for Accurate Information and Distribution (Saidnews.org).
This site for the past three years has disseminated news and information without bias.
This will continue to be one of our goals for the future.
Saidnews.org started in the fall of 2002 recording school board meetings without commentary or editing. The audio recordings were then made available for downloading from the website.
In 3 years Saidnews.org is now the most visited East Lansing Website, thank you.Within a couple of months, East Lansing City Council meetings were also on the Internet. The City welcomed the increased exposure.
Now, with the help of the school district, Saidnews.org is the only source for live school board meetings.
We also offer digitally restored music from 1877 to 1952 and from some of the local musicians.
Anyone who has heard the East Lansing High School Band and Orchestra can appreciate why they have won so many awards. Saidnews.org include selections from past performances.
A stroll through the website, you may wish to wear walking shoes, there is much to see, you will find directories, world and state constitutions, plus much more.
Saidnews.org has community and school information readily available. The website is designed so that everything you need to know comes to you, rather than trying to find where something is hiding.
The website proper contains community news, events, and information. If you were to "window shop" the website, plan on taking about two hours to do so.
Saidnews.org as much a part of East Lansing as YOU!
And now serving Haslett, and Okemos schools and Meridian Township, as well as Mid-Michigan.
