The reviews are the
opinion of the
author
and is the
most honest review
that
can be given.

These
reviews are
not based upon
anything
other than
does the product do what it says
it will and is easy to use. References
to
other
equipment
is to
assist the reader
in
visualizing an
example.
Demand that companies do what they say
they will do.
Demand that
companies protect your
backside.
No side-deals
which make your purchase harder to use or
more expensive.
Allow for honest
mishaps, nail them on indifference.
Refuse to pay
shipping and handling on reasonable orders.
Complicated
products must have single language manuals
that are complete.
If review issues are raised. Talk with company to see if
resolved and how. Often problems are isolated.
Make brand names prove they are worth the extra $
every time, most have dropped the quality difference.
Ignore same reviews with different names.
Use your face-book or etc. to give your review of
things.
Never compare items as being the best, if all are bad!
Give detailed information. What you don't like someone
else may consider a good idea.
Learn to use the item before reviewing. A good example
are the many poor reviews on Canon's Vixia hf s21 camera.
Too many bad reviews are based upon incompetence.
Be as fair as possible, it's OK to show anger for stupid or
poor support.
Condemn off-shore and from-the-book support as well as
long wait times.
If someone goes above and beyond the call of duty, take
the effort to let their boss know how they stepped forward
and it mattered. Urge the boss to put a shoe horn in their
wallet and give them a raise.
Too many companies think if we hear irrelevant information
over and over, some how it makes it relevant. Call them on
it.
The only things we have to offer is time, love, and
knowledge. Don't let these companies steal your
time with bad design, and long wait times. Poor
designed software is a good example of wasting
our time. Nail them on it.
Don't fix a product's problem without compensation!
Apple is a good example of a company wanting you to
fix their problems, if they are will to listen.
Always be nice when talking to people, unless they are
pulling a con. Then show strong anger without swear words
or personal threats.
If continuing problems occur, record phone calls and
document. Know your phone recording laws, first.
Chances are if the company says phone call may be
recorded you can record at your end without notice.
Again, check phone laws, first.
Again post your honest and fair complaints.
The Foundation's website has over 150,000 other sites
linking to Apple issues. Lifetime Apple users are starting
to back away from Apple.
Insist upon items be an honest fair price that uses your
time efficiently. Nothing else will do.
Good example of idiots in the front office. An automobile
claiming excellent rideability, should not have European
wheels. It makes the ride harder.
Most
importantly admit to your mistakes.
Be honest as the day is long
and use
compassion for those who serve you.
